Agile Feasibility Study

If you want to establish the scope, the possibilities and the liabilities of improving the agile process at your organisation, I can make a feasibility study to identify in what areas you might be able to improve and calculate the rough cost of this improvement.

What will happen

We want to look at the agile process existing in the teams in the organisation, to assess to which extent the agile process can be improved.

To assess the process of the submodules, Aino will observe:

  • A backlog refinement meeting for each team
  • A sprint planning meeting for each team
  • A retrospective for each team
  • A sprint demo for each team
  • A discussion with PO, stakeholders, or users for each team
  • A few daily standups for each team

In addition to this Aino will need to talk with the project managers, the scrum masters, or technical leaders for each of the teams before she starts observing, and possibly after.

What is the result

The feasibility study will provide the organisation with knowledge about the state of the agile process and the possibilities for improving and maintaining it themselves or with help from the outside.
