What is LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®?
LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is a structured facilitation methodology developed by the LEGO Group. Research in organisational development shows that when we engage our hands, we think differently. Building a model forces clarity; you cannot build something vague.
In a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshop, every participant builds. Every voice is heard. The models become a shared language for conversations that are otherwise difficult to have.
What I offer
Common themes include:
- Connecting action plans to strategy: making the link between what the team does daily and where the organisation is going
- Team identity and ways of working: building a shared picture of who we are and how we want to work together
- Problem exploration: using models to examine complex challenges from multiple angles before jumping to solutions
Workshops are designed in close dialogue with you. A typical session runs for 3 hours, though full-day formats are possible for deeper work.
